A Tale of Two Tables

In trying to decide on the vision for this year's Thanksgiving table I was highly inspired by two different floral arrangements. I put together two tables designed entirely around each arrangement and now I am no closer to deciding which one to go with.

The similar thread between both tables is my plan to use white pumpkins and the dinner plates. I have the Marin collection in white from Crate & Barrel and think it perfect for Thanksgiving. The plates are ceramic stoneware which gives a very organic feel that Thanksgiving naturally has and they modernize for elegant occassions well.

Which one would you choose?

UPDATE (6 days after thanksgiving):

The voting on instagram overwhelming concluded that the kumquat/teal inspired table was the favorite. Here are a few photos of the table below.

Review:

I kept my eyes open for kumquats in the local market and even entertained ordering a few faux stems of them but ulitimately settled on some beautiful satsumas at Whole Foods. I stuck a kabob stick in them and add a few to my floral arrangement. You can watch the full floral arranging tutorial on my instagram story highlight called “Thanksgiving”.

I switched out the chargers for water hyacinth ones that I had on hand and was happy with the result.

This whole table came together nicely and still looked very on brand for the holiday.

Impressive Quality & Beaufiully designed
