Do Not Sleep on this Book

Why We Sleep is one of those books everyone needs to read. It’s basic, vital information on a topic that 100% of us do everyday. The information will astound you and stick with you. I promise you will walk away prioritizing your sleep and reaping the benefits of a beautiful slumber.

The information presented on productivity and performance in correlation with sleep astounded me and opened my eyes that as a society we are truly backwards when it comes to how we view sleep. I know people who struggle with insomnia and others who are burnt out from grinding 24/7 at work and I have brought this book up to them so many times that they are tired (see what I did there?) of hearing about it.

This isn’t a self help book but the information is critical to your relationship with sleep.
